At ThenAbout, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-crocheted items. Every piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Step 2: Include your Order Number (e.g., #TA1001) and clear photos/videos of the item.

• Step 3: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return shipping address. • Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Costs • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, ThenAbout will cover the return shipping costs or send a free replacement immediately.

• Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
