1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with your tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all items site-wide.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak shopping seasons, weather conditions, or customs inspection (if applicable).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Delayed Packages: If your shipment is experiencing delays beyond our estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we will assist you in following up with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages: makerofsoles.com is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check around your property, building, or with neighbors.
2. Contact your local post office or the delivering carrier with your tracking number.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at delagrangehandersonrron2592@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, we cannot update or modify the delivery address.
